HESA Partners with Intrepid Learning Solution to Launch New Academic Support Program

HESA partners with Intrepid Learning Solution to launch a personalized academic support program, offering flexible, student-led tutoring to help learners thrive beyond the traditional classroom
The HESA leadership is proud to announce a new academic partnership with Intrepid Learning Solution, aimed at delivering structured, student-focused tutoring outside the traditional classroom environment. This initiative is set to support students who need additional academic help — not because they lack ability, but because they may benefit from a different pace or teaching approach.

“We realized that students often struggle during lectures — not for lack of intelligence, but because the format doesn’t suit everyone,” said the HESA President. “Some students need more focused support, and this partnership gives them access to just that — through smaller group sessions or personalized one-on-one tutoring.”

Intrepid Learning Solution brings expertise in academic support and will co-manage this initiative with HESA, ensuring a program that is flexible, transparent, and student-led. The tutoring sessions will be facilitated either by teaching assistants or top-performing students and held twice a week in safe, public learning spaces.

Students will have the freedom to choose between one-on-one sessions, or join small groups of 5 or 10, depending on their learning preferences and budget. While there is a small cost involved, it is affordable and non-profit, designed solely to ensure commitment and maintain the quality of tutoring delivered.

“What students should know is that help is finally here,” the President emphasized. “This is a bold step forward — personalized academic support, built into the HESA structure, to make sure no student is left behind.”

This partnership represents a major stride in improving the academic experience across campus, fostering a more inclusive, adaptable, and empowering learning environment for all.
